Poised for greater global expansion in it's 60th anniversary year JCB is to build it's first ever factory in China. The company has aquired land in Pudong, south of Shanghai, which will become JCB's Chinese manufacturing headquarters.
Also expanding in India, where manufacturing started at its Delhi plant in 1979, JCB has constructed a second factory in Pune. 1,000 miles from JCB India's Delhi factory it is positioned strategically close to the port of Mumbai. |
